Our Mums Squad Training sessions are created for ladies looking to get back into fitness. Especially new Mums who want to regain their fitness and strength back after child birth. We combine core, functional strength, bodyweight and equipment based exercise’s getting you back on track to reclaiming your strong, lean toned body.
Our sessions are located within our indoor kid’s friendly studio, in the warmer months we have the option to take the session outdoors in the park if the weather permits. Kids are welcome at Mums Squad, although we have no childcare we still welcome the little ones to come along.
The sessions run twice a week starting at 9am and run for approximately 45 minutes, if you are looking to meet new friends while exercising, Mums Squad is for you. We invite our Mums along to coffee catch up’s once a month after the session to give you time to chat while enjoying a great brew of coffee.
