Being a mum we know that you’re juggling a million-and-one things at once. So we’re making it easy to get fitter and healthier in 2019.
We believe that exercise should be fun and something you look forward to each week. This is your precious ‘me time’ – when you can simply focus on your own health and achieving your fitness goals.
So we have created the ‘Mums Squad’, a group of fun, supportive, like-minded women. Our timetable is suited to mums with small children, but anyone is welcome! We have an indoor, child-friendly studio where your kids can roam safely. While we have no child-care service, the kids will still have a great time under your watchful eye while you work out.
Our training focuses on increasing your core and functional strength using bodyweight and equipment-based exercise and our highly experienced female trainers encourage you gently to reach your goals.
